Nowadays, having HKD10M is not too difficult, because the property price has boosted up a lot. However, if we want to jump from HKD10M to HKD100M, it's too difficult now. You can achieve it , is it because of property investment or own business? If through property investment, what type of property, residential / commercial / industrial?
